Mattresses
The mattress undergoes vacuum treatment before leaving the factory to ensure it is in a brand-new condition and to uphold hygiene standards during transportation. To mitigate any potential hygiene concerns, we recommend that customers unpack the mattress themselves. Should you have specific requirements, our team is readily available to assist with the unpacking process to accommodate your needs.
After receiving the mattress, how to install it?
1. Remove the Package
Carefully take the mattress out of the packaging and lay it flat on the bed frame.
2. Open the Protective Film
Using the included specialised knife, gently cut open the protective film of the mattress. Tips: Use the tip of the knife to puncture a small hole in the cover, then inserting the blade into the cover and gently slide it to open the protective film, Please note: Ensure safety during the process and taking care not to cut into the mattress itself.
3. Remove the Protective Film
As the mattress begins to expand, gently remove the protective film by hand.
4. Allow for Full Expansion
We advise allowing approximately one hour for the mattress to achieve full expansion. During this period, you may choose to use the mattress; however, we recommend waiting 24 hours before full expansion to ensure optimal comfort and support.
